We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Delivery Operations Lead to join our Shared Services department. You will dive deep into the metrics, administering tools and automating workflows to ensure that data is the source of truth for leadership. Using a blend of Lean and Agile principles, you’ll be a key contributor to change, using data to highlight constraints and implementing approved optimisations across the department.

As one of our Delivery Operations Leads, you'll:

• Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to identify constraints and support the implementation of solutions.
• Conduct deep root cause analysis on workflow impediments to feed insights and potential solutions back to leadership.
• Leverage and administer a suite of tools, including Jira, Looker, Flow, and Miro, to support your analysis and automate workflows.

Technically Grounded: You have a minimum of two years’ experience as a technical data or software engineer.

Data-Driven: You have strong analytical skills and experience using data visualisation and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.

A Natural Collaborator: You excel at working with cross-functional teams and can influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.

A Change Agent: You have a strong grasp of change management principles and a passion for guiding others through process evolution.
