We’re looking for a strategic powerhouse to join our London-based Management Support Team on a fixed-term basis. You’ll be providing first‑class orchestration for seven senior leaders, acting as the primary point of contact and a master gatekeeper. This role is about more than booking meetings; it’s about protecting leaders’ time and ensuring the right priorities remain at the top of the pile. You will also own project initiatives, influence the workplace culture, and manage key social committees such as team away days and annual festive parties.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage intensive diaries, juggling complex meeting logistics and room availability.
- Coordinate intricate international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport.
- Lead the logistics for events and offsites, from sourcing venues to managing budgets.
- Produce high‑impact presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Oversee financial and office administration, including managing expenses, raising purchase orders, and ordering catering.
