This is a sales role where you will play an important part in turning interest into customers and making a real impact every day. You will be answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential customers from leads we have received. These are not cold or unsolicited calls. You will be speaking with people who have already shown interest in our smart home security solutions, helping them feel confident about protecting their homes. A background in sales would be beneficial for this role. There is clear room to grow. As your knowledge and confidence build, you will have the opportunity to progress your career within the team.
What You’ll Do
- To answer incoming calls and make proactive outbound calls to convert to sales and retain our customers within agreed service standards.
- Achievement of targets and KPIs whilst maintaining high quality standards.
- Enhance the customer experience through acting on Trustpilot reviews, NPS and CSAT.
- Stay ahead of the game with strong product and competitor knowledge.
- Take ownership for personal development areas in order to achieve objectives, using the support of line manager /L&D if required.
- Identifies and encourages behaviour that supports the company values.
- Prompt investigation, assisting in the prevention of fraud, recording and management of problems reported by customers/Advisors, reporting back to the management team when required.
