The Access Panel Company – Unit 5 Atkinson Way, Foxhills Industrial Estate, Scunthorpe, DN15 8QJ

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join The Access Panel Company — a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke access solutions. This is not your typical sales role. You will work directly with our Sales Director to support key accounts, manage commercial projects, and deliver excellent customer service from enquiry to delivery. You’ll become an essential part of our commercial team, working closely with clients, managing complex orders, and ensuring smooth project execution across departments.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts, becoming their go-to contact.
  • Oversee the full sales process from quotation through to delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams (design, production, logistics) to meet customer needs.
  • Lead and support commercial project work, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
  • Help implement smarter workflows and tools for sales operations.
  • Assist with data-driven reporting and performance tracking.
  • Build strong client relationships through responsive, proactive communication.

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales experience (B2B preferred) or a commercially aware graduate eager to develop.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools (training provided).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Interest in how technology and process improvements can support sales growth.

What you’ll get:

  • Direct mentorship from the Sales Director.
  • Real experience managing key accounts and commercial projects.
  • A supportive, growing team that values initiative and ownership.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.

If you’re someone who thrives in a hands-on, client-focused role and enjoys seeing your work make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
