Trainee Sales Negotiator – Customer Service

Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire

Basic Salary £26,393.75 + bonus (£31,150.00 OTE)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Apply emotional intelligence to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Communicate professionally, both written and verbal, with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor so clients feel comfortable and trust you.
  • Support customers throughout property transactions, ensuring a smooth process.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, whether by phone, in person or via email.
  • Active listening and confident problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in a busy office environment, ideally in customer service or sales.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to work from the St. Ives office in Cambridgeshire.
  • Can work within either the Developer or Probate team; preference will be considered.
