Customer Service and Sales Advisor - Guide Customers Through Life’s Biggest Moves | St Ives (Cambs) | £26,393 + commission (OTE £1,000 PCM)
Are you someone who loves great conversations, understands people, and knows how to turn trust into results? At Simplify, we help home movers feel supported, informed, and confident during one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make. As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor you’ll combine exceptional service with commercial awareness to help customers choose the right Conveyancing support — transforming great conversations into successful conversions.
What Is Conveyancing?
When someone buys or sells a home, the legal ownership must be transferred safely and correctly. That’s what our Conveyancing teams do. They handle contracts, conduct searches, manage enquiries, and ensure every legal requirement is met so our clients can move home smoothly. Your role is to be the first friendly expert who helps customers understand this process and choose Simplify with confidence.

- A results‑driven mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Experience in sales or property services (helpful but not essential — full training provided!).
- A warm, friendly, professional style that makes customers feel in safe hands.
