About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Sales Administrator to join our Conveyancing Sales team at Simplify in Southport. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our sales function—supporting colleagues, assisting clients, managing essential documentation, and helping ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by managing incoming client enquiries and providing initial information about our conveyancing services.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data within internal systems.
- Work closely with the conveyancing team to gather essential documentation to support client interactions.
- Handle basic client queries and direct more complex questions to the relevant specialists.
- Communicate client information—particularly quote details—clearly to internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain well‑organised records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to departmental goals as part of a collaborative and driven sales team.
- Complete any other duties as directed by the Sales Team Leader.
