What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of properties to a high standard
- Liaising with, looking after, and constantly updating our clients, beneficiaries and business partners with the progress of each transaction
- Chasing estate agents and mortgage offers, checking chains and encouraging buyers and clients to do what they need to do
- Troubleshooting and customer care, ensuring transactions are as smooth as possible

Although we are extremely keen to hear from individuals with knowledge of property or prior work history within this sector, this post does not have any pre‑requisite qualifications or experience as we will train the right person from scratch to become a true Property Sales professional. As such you will need to show commitment and have ambition to succeed, as once you are through the door and up to speed, the opportunities to progress and develop are almost limitless for those who want them. You will also need to be well versed and experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as this is used heavily within this department.
Whilst able to operate independently, you will also need to be a team player and willing to support your colleagues as needed to deliver results. As such your bonus will be influenced by the success of the team and not just the individual performance.
