As a Conveyancing Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a high‑performing team of conveyancers, ensuring outstanding legal quality and client service — enhanced by the intelligent use of technology. You’ll operate at the intersection of people leadership, legal expertise, and innovation, embedding new systems, optimising digital workflows, and helping your team fully leverage Simplify’s advanced tools and AI capabilities. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape how technology is adopted across the business to drive efficiency, consistency, and an improved client experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, develop, and motivate conveyancers across all experience levels in a tech‑enabled environment
- Champion the use of AI, automation, and modern conveyancing platforms to improve delivery and outcomes
- Ensure consistently high standards of legal quality, compliance, and client care
- Provide expert guidance on complex residential conveyancing matters
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, using data and insight to drive improvement
- Work collaboratively with leadership and change teams to embed new technology and process enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified and/or experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Proven experience leading conveyancing teams at scale
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice
