Your Role as a Conveyancer:

As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and more complex matters. With specialist teams and modern technology behind you, you’ll be empowered to deliver great service and achieve strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 90+ files (depending on experience).
  • Progress all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Maintain high service standards while achieving completion targets.
  • Provide guidance and collaborate with colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience handling a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines in a busy environment.
