About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Designer to support the design and optimization of IT service management processes. The role involves working with business and technical teams to create scalable and efficient workflows within ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Design ITSM workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) in ServiceNow
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs
- Create process flows, documentation, and solution design artifacts
- Collaborate with developers for implementation and enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency
