Our client is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales. They are seeking to transform the experience of buying and selling a house with cutting edge technology that has been developed in-house. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
Duties
- Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Working as part of a team to ensure shared deadlines and targets are met
- Solving complex legal problems and using software for admin tasks
- Guiding less experienced team members
- Finding and implementing proactive, risk-based solutions to speed up transactions for clients
- Advising clients by phone and email about more complex elements of their files
- Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
- Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions
You
- You must have a minimum of 3 yearsβ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Outstanding technical skills and strong knowledge of UK residential conveyancing
- Team player
- Open-minded and passionate about the intersection of law and technology
- Communication skills and ability to speak to clients about legal matters in a jargon-free way

- Annual salary Β£30,000 - Β£50,000 dependent on experience

- Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with flexible hours if required
