TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR – CUSTOMER SERVICE
£26,393.75 + Uncapped Bonus (£31,193.75)

Overview
We are looking for an entry‑level customer service specialist with no prior experience required. This trainee role offers full training and the opportunity to develop into a Sales Negotiator within the UK’s largest group of property services.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide outstanding customer service across written, verbal and telephone channels.
- Understand customer and stakeholder needs, applying emotional intelligence.
- Communicate professionally, adapting to different stakeholders.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to support property transactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Experience in a busy office environment, preferably high‑pressure customer service or sales.
- Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness and ability to work from the Earls Colne office.
