Our Sales Specialists are the first point of contact for clients looking to buy or sell their home – through our Conveyancing services.

What is Conveyancing?

It’s the process of transferring home ownership from one person to another and involves our Conveyancing teams managing contracts, conducting searches, and ensuring all legal requirements are met so buyers and sellers can move forward with confidence. It’s essential for every property transaction and you’ll be integral in supporting our Conveyancing teams in building a healthy pipeline of new customers!

Your Role

  • Follow a proven sales framework to ensure consistency and clarity in every conversation.
  • Explain the conveyancing process in a way that builds trust and confidence. (we’ll train you on all of this!)
  • Spot buying signals and adapt your approach to close deals effectively (We’ll show you how)
  • Promote our conveyancing services by highlighting speed, reliability, and expert guidance.
  • Convert leads into loyal customers while hitting and exceeding sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to use sales tools and well-formed approaches to encourage buyers and sellers to become Simplify customers.
  • Confidence to think on your feet and flex your approach to win customers.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a talent for closing deals.
  • Previous experience in sales or property services is a plus (but not essential—we provide full training).
  • Strong customer-centred, professional and confident communicators – just like you!
