We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Sales Administrator to join our Conveyancing Sales team at Simplify in Southport. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our sales function—supporting colleagues, assisting clients, managing essential documentation, and helping ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by managing incoming client enquiries and providing initial information about our conveyancing services.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain client data within internal systems.
  • Work closely with the conveyancing team to gather essential documentation to support client interactions.
  • Handle basic client queries and direct more complex questions to the relevant specialists.
  • Communicate client information—particularly quote details—clearly to internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Maintain well‑organised records of all client interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to departmental goals as part of a collaborative and driven sales team.
  • Complete any other duties as directed by the Sales Team Leader.
Person SpecificationKnowledge & Experience
  • Essential: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with the conveyancing or property sector. Understanding of basic legal terminology. Experience within a legal, property, or financial services environment.
Qualifications & Training
  • Essential: None required.
  • Desirable: Training or qualifications related to property law, conveyancing, or sales support.
