Your Role
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you’ll deliver exceptional service across a range of transactions, supported by a collaborative team and specialist departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 40–100 files (based on experience).
- Handle freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, and other technical transactions.
- Support colleagues with guidance and expertise.
- Meet completion targets while maintaining high service standards.
What We’re Looking For from a Residential Conveyancer
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing caseloads.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
