Location: Home-based (UK) with occasional travel to Leicester Head Office (up to once per fortnight).

Known internally as a Marketing Executive, we are seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to support our busy Marketing team. This is a key role to help build our brand and is varied, encompassing both creative and campaign-delivery responsibilities, from organising our marketing asset library to helping shape and deliver eye-catching content across multiple channels, including video, print, and digital. You will work closely with the brand, content, and design teams to ensure our materials remain consistently on-brand, accessible, and engaging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create new materials for multi-media / multi-channel in line with our sales and marketing plan and ad-hoc requirements.
- Work with the marketing team to maintain and develop our brand salience, engagement and consistency.
- Update creative assets & filing system.
To do all of this, we will need you to have...
- Background in design - do you have a recognised design qualification, or equivalent experience?
- Excellent attention to detail: You will be creating important customer materials.
- Practical mindset: You can make the complex easy for others to understand.
- Organisational & time management skills: You will juggle multiple priorities and keep things moving smoothly across projects.
- Creative & collaborative mindset: Able to work creatively to make complex propositions easy to understand, within brand guideline boundaries, while contributing new ideas and working well with team members and external partners.
- Evidence of design expertise across media - print, online, video, etc.
- Ability to use Adobe, Canva and Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
- Create email campaigns in marketing automation software (i.e. Dotdigital or similar software).
- Customer service & communication: You will be comfortable explaining design concepts to internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
