The RoleBuying or selling a home is one of lifeās biggest moments, and Conveyancers play a crucial part in making it happen. This role gives you the chance to become the legal expert guiding customers through that journey.
As a Trainee Property Lawyer, youāll learn how to manage the full legal process of residential property transactions ā from initial instruction to completion.
What Youāll Learn & DoDuring your first 12 months, based in our Leicester (Enderby) office, you will:
- Be trained by dedicated L&D specialists, your Conveyancing Manager, and experienced colleagues
- Learn all about property law, legal documents, contracts, and the full conveyancing workflow
- Develop excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues, lenders, agents, and more
- Gain hands-on experience managing real cases as you grow
- The option to work toward a recognised Conveyancing industry qualification in the future
