This role is all about customer service. It’s about being able to understand your customers and stakeholders, having the emotional intelligence to put yourself in their shoes and give them unrivalled support through property transactions. You’ll need to be professional, adaptable, and comfortable communicating both in written and verbal format with various stakeholders, but most of all, you need to be approachable and someone people feel comfortable with, someone they can trust. Get this right and you’ll be in an incredibly fulfilling role, both financially and personally.

REQUIREMENTS
And now for the nitty gritty: It goes without saying that the biggest element of this role is customer service and communication, and whether it’s on the phone, in person, or via email, you’ll need to be able to communicate with the best of them! You’ll be a great listener and confident problem solver too. We would like to see evidence of you having previously worked in a busy office environment successfully, ideally in a customer service or sales position. Finally, you’ll be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft software and be able and willing to work out of our Earls Colne office in Essex.
