  • Are you able and willing to spend a few days a week at our office in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire with occasional travel to other UK sites (most notably our Head Office in Leicester) as the role requires it?

What You' ll Be Doing

Reporting into the Change & Portfolio Director, the Delivery Manager will support the strategic development of change plans and lead the end‑to‑end delivery of key initiatives across the organisation. Responsible for taking a leading role in digital enabled and operational change, ensuring it is delivered effectively, on time, and with measurable business outcomes. The Delivery Manager will act as the bridge between the technical function and critical areas of the operational business, facilitating strong partnerships, aligning priorities, and ensuring business change is embedded sustainably.
