Your Role as a Conveyancer
You’ll manage a diverse caseload and deliver an exceptional customer experience across:
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- Shared ownership
- New build
- More complex transactions

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 90+ files (depending on experience)
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Maintain high service standards and meet completion targets
