The Compliance Administrator, at Move With Us (part of Simplify), works as part of the busy and friendly Property Sales Developer team. With training provided, you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents regarding vacant property conditions, managing the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) pipeline including responding to enquiries and highlighting urgent cases, and conducting ID and verification checks on clients and counterparties.

The role is fast paced and requires the individual to be able to multi task and prioritise. The successful applicant must be able to work well both individually and within a team setting to ensure workload is dealt with effectively.

This Compliance Administrator position can be an incredibly rewarding one, both from a financial and personal perspective. Requirements

• Be good with people, calm under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy, and target driven.
• Have a good general education and be proficient using computers including intermediate Microsoft Office and experience working with spreadsheets and databases.
• Be a confident and professional communicator, whether in person, on the phone or via email, and able to self-motivate to juggle multiple tasks and transition between them depending on changing priorities.
