We are actively searching for an experienced and highly organised individual in Ireland to join our fleet service team.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Field Service Coordinator to join our team. The Field Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of our field service technicians. This role involves coordinating and scheduling service assignments, optimising technician routes, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The Field Service Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and our field service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Customer Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers and coordinate new projects to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Project Review: Monitor installation progress to ensure it aligns with target completion dates and make necessary adjustments to meet agreed-upon deadlines while assisting the project coordinator in delivering to the customer.
  • Service Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and assign field service technicians to service calls and installations, considering location, urgency, and technician skill sets.
  • Customer Communication: Act as the main customer contact, providing service appointment updates, technician arrival information, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with customers to assess job requirements and vehicle availability, ensuring a smooth service experience.
  • Enhance Engineer Productivity and Team Collaboration: Optimise technician routes to minimise travel time, reduce fuel costs, and increase service efficiency, while closely collaborating with the engineering team for efficient service delivery.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Previous experience from a similar role or industry experience (telematics, vehicle CCTV, motor trade).
  • Geographic knowledge of NI.
