THE OPPORTUNITY
Simplicity Group is scaling its Telecom division and building a high-performance commercial engine designed for long-term, predictable growth. We are hiring a Telecom SDR Manager to take ownership of our outbound sales function and shape how we generate pipeline as a business. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can define standards, build a high-performing team, and create a function that directly drives revenue. You will be responsible for establishing a disciplined, results-driven inside sales environment that consistently delivers high-quality opportunities into the Telecom sales team. This role sits at the centre of our Telecom growth strategy, with clear scope to grow, evolve, and scale the function over time. This is a commercially accountable leadership role focused on pipeline creation, performance standards, and measurable revenue contribution.

THE ROLE
- Take full ownership of outbound pipeline performance across the Telecom Division
- Build, lead, and develop a dedicated Telecom SDR / inside sales team
- Set structured activity benchmarks and outbound cadence
