We are actively searching for a highly motivated individual in Northern Ireland to join our telecom sales team. This position is focused exclusively on our Telecom division. As a Telecom Outbound Sales Advisor (SDR), your role is to generate new business opportunities for our B2B Telecom solutions such as UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP phone systems, broadband, and business mobile. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and booking appointments exclusively for our Telecom Sales Team. This ensures you can become a true specialist in telecoms while contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation – Research and identify business opportunities for our Telecom solutions (UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, broadband, business mobile)
- Prospecting – Contact potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualification – Understand customer telecom needs, challenges, and buying triggers
- Appointment Setting – Arrange meetings and demos for the Telecom Sales Team
- Relationship Building – Nurture prospects to build long‑term opportunities
- CRM Management – Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Market Awareness – Keep up to date with telecom industry trends and competitors
- Collaboration – Work closely with sales and marketing to maximise results
- Targets – Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, SDR, or a similar role
- A track record of hitting/exceeding targets in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven personality
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- Interest in telecoms/technology solutions
