The Podcast Strategist & Manager is responsible for ensuring each weekly podcast episode is well planned, high quality, and positioned to perform strongly across YouTube and social media. A key focus of this role is driving growth and identifying opportunities for episodes to gain traction and go viral through strong content strategy and performance‑led decision making. This role combines content strategy, quality control, performance testing, and podcast management, with the goal of helping each episode reach the right audience, generate momentum, and maximise its viral potential.

- Preparing the structure of the conversation
- Developing topic direction and guiding questions

- After recording, the Podcast Strategist & Manager reviews the first edited draft to ensure:
