Responsibilities:
- Deal with inbound client inquiries, building trust and promoting our services.
- Match clients to the most suitable product using your in‑depth knowledge and close sales where appropriate.
- Handle existing client issues, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Represent the Simpler Law brand and maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:
- Customer focused with excellent communication and organisational skills.
