Currently over 60% of the UK population does not have a Will and of those that do, a number of them are invalid or out of date. Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales specialist to work in our contact centre on Doddington Road, Lincoln.
Your Job: NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY AS FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED. We have over 220,000 satisfied clients across the UK. Your role will be to maintain relationships with existing clients, also to establish and build new relationships as new clients sign up to our services. As part of that relationship, we need not only to maintain accurate records but also be able to spot and recommend gaps in our clients' current estate planning arrangements, to ensure that they receive the very best service and advice possible. All training is provided in an initial training course and on an ongoing basis. After 12 months, further opportunities are available to progress into professional roles with industry recognised qualifications within the legal sector and/or management, as we only promote from within.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in dealing in a customer focused sales environment.
- Able to access a database.
- Admin Skills.
- Can build rapport with clients.
- Can help clients make informed decisions.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically) 9-5.30pm.
