Responsibilities:
- Your Job: due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales specialist to work in our contact centre on Doddington Road.
- Your role will be to deal with our clients in the following areas (please note there is no cold calling, we receive over 120 referrals per day):
- Dealing with inbound clients enquiring about our services, building a relationship of trust, and promoting our services.
- With your in-depth product knowledge, you'll be matching our clients to the best service for them and closing with enthusiasm where appropriate on suitable products.
- Dealing with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Being a voice of the Simpler Law Brand and maintaining high standards of customer service.
