Simpler Law is one of the largest law firms specialising in end-of-life planning in the U.K. Our purpose at Simpler Law is to ensure that everyone has affordable end of life planning in place. Currently over 60% of the UK population does not have a Will and of those that do, a number of them are invalid or out of date. With over 30 years working in the Customer Services sector, at Simpler Law Limited we pride ourselves on strong internal values and high standards of customer service and a 5-star Trustpilot rating. Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales specialist to work in our contact centre on Doddington Road, Lincoln. No Legal Experience Necessary; Full Training Is Provided.
Responsibilities
- Reliable customer service & support
- Leading day to day customer services operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to enquiries, orders and issues
- Committed, ambitious and personally driven to perform to key KPIs.
- Managing the customer services team and providing guidance where needed
- Providing training and performance oversight to the customer services team
- Handling escalated customer complaints / concerns with professionalism and problem solving focus.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers, by regularly checking in and identifying opportunities.
- Oversee documents are processed within a timely manner.
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records
Job Requirements
- Results driven, passionate and experienced Customer Relations Manager.
- Proven experience in customer service, account management or customer success role(s)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sales & KPI Driven
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Strong organisational skills / attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems, order management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help
- Calm under pressure and able to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Desire to motivate and push people to work to their best ability without applying a stressful level of pressure
- Positive, energetic and committed to delivering excellence

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (typically) 9-5.30pm
