A multi-trader is the person we look for first. If you can plaster a patch, hang a door, fix a leak under a sink and leave the room decorated, you will never be short of work with us.
Most of our jobs are one visit. A tenant reports a problem, we send the right person, and it is finished that day. That only works when the person we send can do more than one thing.
What the work is
- Take the jobs that suit your trades, in your area, at the price agreed.
- Turn up on the date booked. If the date moves, tell us before the tenant finds out.
- Finish the job on the first visit wherever the work allows it.
- Photograph the work before, during and after, and file the report the same day.
What we need from you
- Real experience across at least two trades, with work you can show us.
- Public liability insurance, or willing to get it before your first job.
- The right to work in the UK, and registered as self-employed (CIS where the work is construction).
- Your own tools and your own transport.
- A phone you can take photos on. Every job is signed off with pictures.
Paid per job. The price is agreed with you before the work starts, and it does not change afterwards.
