What the work is
- Run a daily list of small repairs across a patch, not one big job a week.
- Carry the common parts so a simple repair does not need a second visit.
- Leave the room cleaner than you found it. Dust sheets, hoover, gone.
- Photograph and report each job before you leave the address.
What we need from you
- Years of general repair and maintenance work behind you.
- Public liability insurance, or willing to get it before your first job.
- The right to work in the UK, and registered as self-employed (CIS where the work is construction).
- Your own tools and your own transport.
- A phone you can take photos on. Every job is signed off with pictures.
Paid per job. The price is agreed with you before the work starts, and it does not change afterwards.
