Simple Truth is a brand consultancy in our seventh year, working with property developers, charities, and businesses we believe in.
We do strategic brand work, websites, and marketing campaigns, and we started with a clear purpose: do great work that makes an impact, help businesses properly, and build an agency that isn't about ego.
We're looking for a senior designer who loves taking a big idea and building it out into something real, adding their own thinking along the way.
You'll be handed strong creative concepts and real trust to run with them, shaping websites, print pieces and campaigns from first draft to final delivery.
We're a small, close-knit team, so this is a genuinely pivotal role, with room to shape how we work, not just execute someone else's plan.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, but it's not just execution.
You listen, you figure things out, and if something can't be done, you say so and offer a better way.
As you settle in, there's real scope to get more involved in concept work and brand strategy, and genuine room to grow into owning delivery across the whole studio.
Property or commercial real estate experience is a strong advantage, given the sectors we work in, but it's not essential.
What matters more is that you're comfortable moving across web, print and campaign work rather than specialising narrowly, and that you can bring that range to a small, fast-moving team.
You will
- Lead on bringing brands to life, translating a big idea into whatever form it needs, be it a website, a print piece, a campaign or something in between, adding your own thinking as you go
- Be the link between us and our developers, working closely with them to turn ambitious web projects into reality
- Create supporting visuals as needed, such as maps, diagrams and icon sets, tailored to each project
- Build digital assets, including interactive PDFs, from clear briefs
- Own projects end to end, such as annual reports, including image selection, infographics and layout
- Set up and send email campaigns, testing links and RSVPs properly
- Join project meetings when needed and turn feedback into clear next steps
- Work closely with the rest of the team on both the work itself and how it gets delivered
You bring
- A minimum of 6 years in brand or digital design
- Property, real estate or commercial sector experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- A portfolio showing full website rollouts across desktop and mobile, plus supporting visuals like maps, diagrams or icon systems
- At least one interactive PDF or similar digital publication, and one big print piece such as a report or brochure
- Comfort moving between web, print and campaign work, rather than doing just one thing well
- Confidence in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, ideally with some motion experience
- Genuine organisation and follow-through
- A calm, collaborative way of working, with the confidence to add your own ideas to someone else's brief
