We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to join our client’s team based in Kniveton, Ashbourne. This is a full-time role where you will safely and efficiently operate a skip vehicle, transporting waste materials to and from customer sites while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate an HGV Class 2 skip vehicle for waste collection and delivery
- Plan efficient routes to maximise productivity
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects
- Load, transport and deliver waste materials in line with company procedures
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers
- Ensure customer sites are left clean and tidy
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
