Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We're on the lookout for a full time German-speaking individual who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience and delivering an unforgettable journey from start to finish. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours a week (Mon-Friday 9-5:30pm). We are growing our German market, Kapsel, and are looking for a determined individual who can help us take on the challenge. German language skills are therefore essential, preferably a native speaker. We are based in Glasgow's East End. You will be required in person two days a week in the office and the remainder of the time you can work remotely.
Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be their hero!
- Answering calls, responding to emails, and picking up contact via social and other channels through our efficient ticketing system.
- Showcase your customer‑centric mindset and problem‑solving prowess.
- Handle call and ticket/email inquiries, resolve missing orders, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure every customer's concerns or issues regarding prescriptions or purchases are promptly resolved.
- As you grow more confident in your role, additional tasks will be introduced that will challenge and excite you.
Requirements
- German language skills, preferably native speaker.
- Experience with Zendesk (or similar ticketing system).
- Experience handling vulnerable customers.
- Out‑of‑the‑box problem‑solving ability.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset and communication skills.
Salary: £27,979
