New Markets Analyst (Graduate Role) Glasgow About the Role Simple Online Healthcare has a footprint in four markets today (UK, Australia, Germany, and Denmark). We operate in a high growth market and our ambition is to launch in 15 new markets during 2025. We are looking for an analyst to support our international expansion. This role is an entry-level, Glasgow-based role which will support the delivery lead and broader new markets team to execute strategies and implement, managing timelines, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. People graduating in summer 2025 are encouraged to apply. What you’ll be doing: Support market launch activities including: Perform research into new market specifics, including consumer behaviour, healthcare landscape, and payment methods Track and analyse competitor activities to inform local market positioning Support delivery lead in tracking and reporting performance against key milestones, identifying trends which may impact performance Support market localisation activities including: managing native language copywriters to ensure accurate and culturally relevant content across websites, landing pages, and ad creatives. Localise email copy and support the creation of email templates tailored to new market audiences in line with the end-to-end patient journey Support marketing set up activities including: Establish and maintain basic social media presence in new markets, ensuring brand consistency and localized engagement. Assist with PPC campaign management: conduct search term reviews, edit ad copy in collaboration with native speakers, and implement bidding strategy updates based on performance insights. Collaborate on keyword research with native speakers and help implement meta titles and descriptions for market-specific content. Review screen recordings, heatmaps, and user behaviour analytics to identify and suggest CRO opportunities. Work collaboratively across business functions including growth, clinical, and product teams to ensure alignment on strategy and consistent execution What We’re Looking For: A degree is required (2:I or above), a scientific/quantitative subject is preferred but not required Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated interest or experience in digital healthcare, global markets, and localisation strategies.
