The work is hands on and varied, covering all SEO pillars of optimisation. You’ll have clear priorities, strong guidance, and the opportunity to develop your skills by working on complex SEO challenges at scale within a regulated healthcare platform.

Do you want to learn how to adapt through evolving search and avoid the pitfalls of over-hype through solid core principles? If you have answered yes to the above and have what it takes to play a key role in a game changing SEO strategy that will build long term sustainable organic growth within a tightly regulated and highly competitive market, we would love to hear from you.

Skills and competencies
- Proven commercial SEO experience (in-house or agency), focused on execution.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: crawl and indexation, on-page optimisation, off-page, internal linking, HTML and rendering awareness.
- Confident using analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, crawling tools, and rank tracking platforms.
- High attention to detail and comfortable working within defined rules and constraints.
- Able to identify, articulate, and elevate risks clearly.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain SEO complexities and implications to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-teams (Content, Brand, PR, Performance (CRO), Product & Clinical).
What we are looking for
- Above all – a ‘roll-your-sleeves-up and dig-in' mindset.
