Healthcare is changing fast. We're building a genuinely AI-native business, one where the way we work is being rethought from the ground up. This role sits right at the centre of that.

What you'll be doing

You’ll lead cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, from initiation through to benefits realisation. That means owning the governance: plans, RAID logs, steering communications and status reporting, without letting it slow things down. You’ll partner with teams across Operations, Clinical, Product, Tech and Finance to shape practical solutions, and manage technology projects including platform changes, systems implementations, integrations and automation. Translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders is second nature to you. You’ll also help identify where AI can improve how we work, turning those ideas into properly scoped delivery plans. That includes using AI tools yourself in your day‑to‑day planning, documentation and communication. The goal is to help embed better ways of working across the business, not just deliver projects into it.

What we're looking for

  • Essential: You’ll have proven delivery experience across business change, transformation and/or technology projects. You’re comfortable bridging technical and operational teams. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to be credible with them. Strong stakeholder management comes naturally, including the confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively. You’ll have experience managing cross‑functional teams, suppliers and delivery partners, a solid grasp of governance, risk, dependencies and benefits tracking, and you’re genuinely curious about AI and already using it in your work. A PM qualification or equivalent practical experience (PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP or similar) is expected.
  • Desirable: A background as a Technical PM, Delivery Manager, Business Change PM or similar hybrid role would be a bonus, as would experience in healthcare, digital, eCommerce or another regulated environment. If you’ve delivered AI, automation, data or platform transformation projects, or have agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery experience, we’d love to hear about it. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro or Notion is useful but not essential.

We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
