Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We are looking for a full-time German-speaking individual who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience and delivering an outstanding journey from start to finish. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30) with remote working. We are growing our German market and are seeking a determined person who can help us take on the challenge. German language skills are essential, preferably you are a native speaker. You will be required in person 2 days a week in the office and the remainder of the time you can work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and messages via social and other channels through our ticketing system with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • Excel in call and ticket/email handling with a willingness to take on additional tasks as you grow in the role.
  • Provide comprehensive support, address general inquiries, resolve missing orders, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure customer concerns regarding prescriptions or purchases are resolved promptly.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment as the service offering grows with the company.

Requirements:

  • German language skills are essential (native speakers preferred).
  • Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with remote work and in-office two days per week.
  • Experience with Zendesk (or similar) and dealing with vulnerable customers; strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to participate in training and receive ongoing support to ensure success.
  • Right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this position.
