Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We are on the lookout for a full-time German-speaking individual who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience and delivering an unforgettable journey from start to finish. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours a week (Mon-Friday 9-5:30pm). We are growing our German market at Kapsel, and we are looking for a determined individual who can help us take on the challenge. German language skills are therefore essential, preferably you are a native speaker. We are based in Glasgow's East End. You will be required in person 2 days a week in the office and the remaining time you can work remotely.
So, what will you be doing? No two days are the same here at Simple – there’s always a new challenge to tackle. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be their hero! Answering calls, responding to emails, and picking up contact via social and other channels through our efficient ticketing system, you will showcase your customer-centric mindset and problem-solving prowess. We are searching for candidates who excel in call and ticket/email handling, as we believe in constantly raising the bar. As you grow more confident in your role, we will introduce additional tasks that will challenge and excite you.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support. Whether it’s addressing general inquiries, resolving missing orders, or collaborating with our internal and external teams, you will ensure that every customer’s concerns or issues regarding prescriptions or purchases are promptly resolved. Experience with Zendesk (or similar), handling vulnerable customers, and out-of-the-box problem-solving are skills we are looking for. However, we also believe in investing in our team and that’s why we provide training and ongoing support, ensuring your success every step of the way.
Salary: £26,280 increasing to £27,979 in April 2026.
