German language skills are essential for this role and native fluency is preferred. This is a full-time, remote position for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to customers and takes pride in getting things right for them. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and customers, handling calls, emails and social channel enquiries through our ticketing system. No two days are quite the same, and that's part of the appeal.
What you'll be doing:
- You will manage inbound contacts across phone, email and social, resolving queries efficiently and with care. This may include general questions, missing orders, prescription concerns or more complex enquiries requiring coordination with internal and external teams.
- You will own each case and see it through to resolution.
- As you settle into the role, you may take on additional responsibilities over time, as the business grows.
What we're looking for:
- Fluent or native German is essential.
- You should be calm under pressure, thoughtful when dealing with vulnerable customers, and confident using digital platforms.
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system is helpful but not required.
- What matters most is that you are organised, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to deliver a great customer experience.
