This is a high‑impact, hands‑on Creative & Design Lead role sitting at the intersection of creative strategy, design execution and AI‑enabled production. Reporting into the Director of Brand, you will be responsible for bringing our global brands to life across every touchpoint – from packaging and print to digital campaigns, social and product launches. A key early focus will be the rapid global rollout of new brand guidelines. You will act as guardian of the brand identity, creative engine of the team, and a key driver of how we scale creative output without agencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on pace, ideas, execution and innovation – and is excited by the opportunity to build, not just maintain, a global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Campaign Ideation
    • Develop bold, insight‑led campaign ideas across global brands
