German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Join Simple Online Healthcare as a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor in Glasgow\’s East End or fully remotely. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails, and social media tickets with our efficient ticketing system while ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage social media tickets.
• Provide comprehensive support for general inquiries, missing orders, prescriptions, and purchases.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Use Zendesk (or a similar system) to log and track tickets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose fresh solutions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in German and English, native German speaker preferred.
• Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Experience handling vulnerable customers (preferred).
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: £26,208 per year.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
• Leave: 33 days (incl. bank holidays) + 1 day after 2 years, up to 5 extra days; birthday day off.
