If you thrive in turning raw data into reliable insights—and want your work to directly improve patient care and business growth—this is the role for you.

- Make our reporting framework robust, scalable, and easy to use
Your work will empower teams across the organisation to move faster, make smarter decisions, and scale with confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver and maintain reporting solutions – Build, update, and optimise Looker dashboards and reporting frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
- Manage and evolve data models – Develop and maintain dbt transformations and semantic layers that power analytics.
- Safeguard data quality – Implement testing frameworks, monitor data pipelines, and resolve issues quickly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders – Work with teams across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Ops to ensure data is available and useful.
- Document and support – Keep KPI definitions, data models, and analytics processes clearly documented, and help users understand the data they rely on.
- Integrate and innovate – Support the integration of new data sources into our analytics stack and suggest improvements to processes and tooling.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation.
- Experience with Looker, including dashboard design and semantic layer development.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and scalable data modelling.
- Awareness of data governance, GDPR, and privacy best practices.
Experience
- 3+ years in analytics/data roles, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Proven track record of delivering accurate, trusted analytics solutions.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for accuracy.
- Excellent communicator who can make complex concepts simple.
- Curious, collaborative, and eager to improve both processes and outcomes.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary (£50k–£60k)
- A mission-driven business where your work has real impact on healthcare outcomes
- A supportive, remote-friendly culture that values learning and growth
- Opportunities to expand your skills and career as the company scales
