Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Assistant to join our team. As a Lettings Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Build to Rent industry, for the leading provider of single family housing and help clients find their dream homes.

Duties

  • Process new and existing customer applications
  • Progress applications through the referencing process, ensuring all actions are responded to promptly
  • Complete accurate record capture and data storage
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the renting process
  • Market properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, and print advertisements
  • Respond to enquiries from prospective tenants in a timely manner
  • Coordinate property inspections
  • Ensure contracts are issued in accordance with all relevant landlord legislation

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork, contracts, and other documentation related to property transactions
