The Role
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join our Norwich office. You'll manage your own caseload of private client matters from day one, working closely with experienced colleagues and supporting partners on more complex files. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration, and trusts
- Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and asset protection
- Drafting wills, LPAs, trust deeds, and related documentation
- Handling the administration of estates, from obtaining grants of probate to finalising accounts
