We are a rapidly expanding Law Firm based in Norfolk and Suffolk and seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to play an active role in shaping the future of our family team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters such as divorce, cohabitation disputes, separation, child arrangements and financial settlements. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining a high level of client care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes.
  • Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to reach amicable settlements where possible.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
  • Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and financial advisors, to support clients' needs.

This role offers the successful candidate a supervisory role in our Great Yarmouth office.

  • An appetite for developing their skills

Job Type Full-time

Pay dependent upon experience
