Simon Community Scotland is seeking a dedicated Community Connector / Support Worker to help people affected by homelessness, addiction, and trauma in North Lanarkshire. You will identify local opportunities, build trusted relationships, and link clients to housing, health, education, and community resources.

Working with the Outreach Team, you will provide practical and emotional support, manage small caseloads, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, empathy and person-centred care.
