Simon Community Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to engage with people experiencing homelessness and related challenges.
You will provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to help clients secure safe housing and access essential services.
Based in communities across Glasgow and surrounding areas, you will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, coordinating with local authorities and partner organisations to deliver holistic care and practical housing solutions.
