Awarded 1 Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes, we pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences using incredible ingredients sourced from Our Farm and trusted local suppliers.

We are currently recruiting for a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team from July to end of October 2026. The role will involve working with the team to help organise areas of service from the kitchen to the floor. You will be trained in all aspects of the restaurant from wine, coffee, food and service standards. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our fantastic front-of-house team throughout the summer season whilst enjoying the beautiful Lake District and all it has to offer!
